Do you provide an attendant with the Selfie Pods?

We do not provide an attendant as standard with our selfie pods, but you can request one at when booking. We charge an additional £25ph for an attendant

Do provide Props?

Yes! We provide a a range of Sunglasses, Hats & PVC Cards. Please be advised that if any are not returned a replacement fee will be charged.

How easy are the selfie pods to use?

Extemely, Simply touch the start screen, select your experience Photo / GIF / Video & away you go! - Sharing is also very simple you click on the sharing method you wish to use Airdrop / QR Code / SMS

Do you provide printing?

We do not provide printing as standard but we do offer it as an optional extra for an additional £199. (This includes upto 700 Prints)

Do we get to see all the photo's from the event?

Yes! after the event we will issue you with a link to the online gallery of all your Photo's, GIF's & Videos. You can then download them all onto your phone or computer.

Do you Charge Travel Fee's

Travel is included within 20 miles of our Offices based in London (Leyton, E10) - Each Additional Mile is charged at 95p

Can we customise the Look & Feel?

Yes! We can customise the look and feel of the following Elements

How many photos/GIFs/Boomerangs are included?

Unlimited, there are no restrictions placed on the booth.

How much room does it take up?

Not alot, it's not like a traditional enclosed photo booth, it's open-air, freestanding and doesn't even require a backdrop.

Does it require a power supply?

Yes, We require one power socket.

Can it be used without a power socket?

Yes, We can provide a Portable power solution for an additional £30 per hour (Maximum 3 Hours). This MUST be booked in advanced

Do you charge for Travel into Central London?

Unfortunately, if your event requires us to travel into Central London During Congestion Charging Times then Yes, We will charge the Congestion Charge Fee onto you, you can select this when booking.

How does Booking & Payment work?

You can book directly thru the website or via Whatsapp. We require a 50% deposit to secure the date & Full Balance prior the to event.

What Payment Methods do you Accept?

We accept Debit or Credit cards / Bank Transfer.
We DO NOT accept cash.

What happens if I do not pay my deposit?

If you do not pay your deposit your date / time slot is not secured. if we do not receive the deposit within the agreed time frame your booking will be terminated.

What happens if I do not pay my balance before the event?

We will attempt to contact befor your event, if you do not pay the balance befor the event your deposit will be forfeited & Unfortunately we will not be attending your event. (No exceptions)
