Frequently asked questions
How much space do you need?
Not a lot. Our booths are open-air and freestanding — a Selfie Pod fits a corner (about 1.5m × 1.5m), the Magic Mirror needs around 2.5m × 2.5m with the red carpet, and the 360 Booth about 3m × 3m. A 2.1m × 2.1m backdrop is included with every booking.
Do you cover London and Essex?
Yes. Travel is included within 30 miles of our London base; 95p per additional mile beyond that. Congestion charge is passed on where it applies. Further afield? Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll quote.
Is there a deposit required?
A 50% deposit secures your date, with the balance due before the event. Card or bank transfer — we don’t accept cash. If the balance isn’t paid before the event the deposit is forfeited.
Can we have custom overlays or branding?
Yes — the photo overlay, welcome screen, experience selection screen and thank-you message can all be customised, and we can build corporate digital backdrops.
Do you provide attendants?
The 360 Booth always comes with a trained attendant. For Selfie Pods and the Magic Mirror an attendant is optional at £25 per hour.
Do you provide props?
Yes — sunglasses, hats and PVC sign cards, plus digital props on screen. Unreturned physical props are charged at a replacement fee.
Can you print on site?
Yes. We use the DNP RX1HS, the fastest dye-sub printer on the market, for 4×6, 2×6, 5×7 and 6×8 prints. Printing is included on Luxe and Supreme packages and available as an add-on from £89 otherwise.
Do we get all the photos afterwards?
Yes. After the event you’ll get a link to an online gallery of every photo, GIF and video, which you can download to your phone or computer. A live gallery and slideshow is available during the event too.
Does it need power?
One standard socket. If there’s no power at the venue we can bring a portable power solution for £30 per hour (max 3 hours) — this must be booked in advance.
